The first year of technical support and product upgrades is included in the Bar|Scan® purchase price.  Due to the sophistication of the Bar|Scan® system, we recommend the purchase of Technical Support Service after the first year of free support ends.

Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays. Our toll free number is 800 731 9569.  After hours emergency assistance from Integrated Asset Management, Inc. is available at no additional charge.
