The first year of technical support and product upgrades is included in the Bar|Scan® purchase price. Due to the sophistication of the Bar|Scan® system, we recommend the purchase of Technical Support Service after the first year of free support ends.
Integrated Asset Management, Inc. will provide telephone support for Bar|Scan® to answer questions and assist in operations of all of the system, Monday through Friday, 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays. Our toll free number is 800 731 9569. After hours emergency assistance from Integrated Asset Management, Inc. is available at no additional charge.
