Ft. Campbell, Kentucky
In 2008 we provided inventory services of all government furnished property (equipment, tools and vehicles) being transferred to DynCorp International under an award from Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. As DynCorp representatives, our team of 10 people provided oversight and inventory services to assist in the contract transition.
AARP
In 2004, 2005 and 2008 we performed wall-to-wall inventory of capital assets for AARP headquarters in metropolitan Washington, D.C.
National 4-H Council
In 2005 and 2007 we performed a complete physical inventory of all furniture and equipment located at the National 4-H Council in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
Defense Intelligence Agency
In 2004 we were awarded a contract to inventory equipment utilizing the government’s radio frequency identification tags and property system at Bolling, A.F.B. in Washington, DC. The contract was extended a second year and a new contract was issued for a worldwide inventory. Due to security issues, the worldwide inventory was halted in 2006.
U.S. Senate, Sergeant at Arms
We were awarded a contract to inventory all personal property (furniture and equipment) for the U.S. Senate in 2004 and to assist with their reconciliation and conversion to a new fixed asset system. The contract was completed in October, 2005.
D.C. Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency
In 2000 we performed the initial inventory of approximately furniture and equipment assets for the agency including color digital images for unique furniture assets and provided the Bar|Scan® system, training and technical support. We performed another inventory of all furniture and equipment in 2003 and have provided inventory personnel and assistance with their annual reporting including report of survey in 2005 and 2006. We are currently under contract to assist them in interfacing Bar|Scan® with the Oracle Asset module purchased by their financial group. We continue to provide training for new staff and continue to provide on-going technical support for Bar|Scan®.
D.C. Fire and Emergency Management Services Warehouse
In 2003 we were awarded a contract by the D.C. Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) to inventory all supplies, uniforms, medications, and household goods in the centralized warehouse of the Fire and E.M.S. In addition to the initial inventory, we used Bar|Scan® and on-going staffing to manage the inventory, track purchase orders and distributions to officers, engine companies and other units while the District searches for a web-based application. This contract was extended twice until OCTO selected a Canadian company to provide a system integrated with their purchasing system.
Federal Communications Commission
Our relationship with the Federal Communications Commission goes back to August, 1998 when we were hired to provide training and on-going technical support for the Bar|Scan® system. Over the years, we have provided bar code relocation services including detailed bills of lading related to the F.C.C.’s consolidation and re-location to their new headquarters building under contract with GSA (Carol Rivers, Landover, MD). In the Summer of 1999, we were asked to perform a wall to wall inventory of all furniture and equipment and provided full-time property management support from 2001 to 2003.
In 2002, we were asked to attend meetings with the Chief Financial Officer, Purchasing Manager, and outside consultants from Ernst & Young, to develop policies and procedures for personal property. We provided detailed procedures for receiving, tracking, and annual inventories of personal property. We reviewed policies and procedures documents drafted by Ernst & Young for Real and Personal Property and made recommendations on the treatment of all types of property including software, bulk purchases, seized, foreclosures, and forfeited property.
We continue to provide training for new staff and continue to provide on-going technical support for Bar|Scan®.
Federal Bureau of Investigation, Forensic Labs Relocation
In January of 2001, under subcontract with HOK and CC&C, we inventoried almost 20,000 furniture and equipment assets including detailed descriptions and color digital images of unique furniture items. In November, 2001, we returned to inventory several additional departments -- approximately 2,500 assets.
Naval Surface Warfare Center Relocation
In 1999, under subcontract with TeleCommunication Systems, we inventoried furniture and equipment assets, provided color-coded bar code move labels, and provided bar code tracking services on to trucks and off of trucks for the Naval Surface Warfare Center’s relocation to Pennsylvania.
Naval Recruiting Command’s Relocation
In 1999, under subcontract with Configuration, Inc., we inventoried furniture and equipment assets, provided color-coded bar code move labels, and provided bar code tracking services on to trucks and off of trucks for the Bureau of Naval Personnel’s relocation from the Naval Annex to Memphis, Tennessee.
Defense Support Personnel Center Relocation
In 1998 we inventoried 40,000 furniture and equipment assets in preparation for their relocation to North Philadelphia and provided updated destination locations via a subcontract through ITEQ (Integrated Technologies, Inc.) We installed a bar code asset management system for on-going property management, performed training and provide on-going support for their Property personnel for the next 6 years.
Bureau of Naval Personnel’s Relocation
In 1998, under subcontract with Configuration, Inc., we inventoried furniture and equipment assets, provided color-coded bar code move labels, and provided bar code tracking services on to trucks and off of trucks for the Bureau of Naval Personnel’s relocation from the Naval Annex to Millington, Tennessee.
